I always hear how important it is the make sure you practice good self-care - that not matter what, you should make it a priority in your daily or weekly routine. For me, it’s not as easy as it sounds. I tend to get irritable, resentful of my responsibilities and have a negative outlook on my daily activities when I am not practicing enough self-care.
