Pairs Talking Tips: (go in order and change words that would fit better for your situation) 1) I noticed_______ 2) I assume this means______ 3) I think______ 4) I am frustrated by________ 5) I am hurt by________ 6) I worry about_______ 7) I want________ 8) I appreciate you for_______ 9) I realize______ 10) I hope_______ What I love about this is that it helps me stay focused on what really matters: being clear, respectful, and honest about how I’m feeling. Now you give it a try!
