Having boundaries with yourself and others is not a check list you can quickly complete. Boundaries are a constantly moving and dynamic exchange. They can be shaped by your beliefs, feelings, and thoughts but will express themselves by how we choose to interact with others moment by moment. One example of having boundaries is to be able to share your true thoughts and feelings with others while staying true to yourself no matter who is in front of you. Easier said than done but what a way to truly love and care for yourself.
