The Miracle Question

 There is a Solution-Focused therapy technique called the "Miracle Question,” where you ask something like, “If you could wake up tomorrow morning and a miracle happened, what in your life would be changed?” Then you would reflect more about how you might act differently, feel differently, think differently, believe differently. Sometimes these questions can give some direction and clarity on what you need most in the moment. What would you find out if you asked yourself the Miracle Question?
