 When you don’t know what to do, what do you do? Did you know that being calm could help make room for you to better sort out the best way to solve problems? Maybe the next time you are trying to find a solution, instead try focusing on being calm and then rethinking the situation from there. You might find a list of possible solutions that weren’t there before. I like to ask myself, “What would that wise, calm part of me say to do about this?”
